Project Description
This project involved the preparation of operational forecasting and a comparative analysis of three (3) potential redevelopment options for the Botany Aquatic Centre facility.
The use of Otium Planning Group’s Aquatic, Leisure and Cultural Community Electronic Financial Model and its extensive experience in the planning for aquatic and leisure facilities, supported the provision of clear advice on the following impacts of each design option:
- Capital Cost
- Visitation
- Operating Surplus/Deficit
- Cost Recovery
- Profit/Subsidy per Visit.
