Otium Planning Group (OPG), with support from the 2021 Victorian Government Technology Adoption and Innovation Program and in partnership with leading management Consultants, Nous Group, have reimagined our previous modelling tools into automated modelling applications and an interactive interface – Otium Analytics. Otium Analytics has evolved from the renowned and trusted models developed by our expert practitioners and staff at Otium over many years.

The Otium Analytics Model suite allows a model to represent a truly local context, informed by decades of experience and allows for a wide variety of scenario modelling to be compared to ensure all outcomes are investigated. The interactive interface allows our staff to work with clients to understand the inputs that drive the models and to test their own assumptions and the impact they have on outcomes in real-time.

We can also compare various approaches to management, development or staffing models and detail how these models’ impact.

The inaugural roll-out of the Otium Analytics Suite includes three interactive models – Benefits Assessment Model, Demand Analysis Model, and Financial Operational Model – and will also contribute to a live database of selected models to develop a detailed database to inform benchmarking and comparison into the future.
