Otium Associate Brad Billett is set to combine his profession with his passion when he presents at the Open Space Community of Practice: Trails and Open Spaces event tomorrow, hosted by the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure.
An avid trail enthusiast, Brad spends most weekends exploring the Blue Mountains. Last year, he took his passion international—hiking approximately 750 kilometres across Italy, Slovenia, and Austria by combining the Alpe-Adria and Juliana Trails!
This Community of Practice event will delve into innovative trail design and activation, share insights from major infrastructure projects, and explore how recreation and tourism can be integrated to enhance community wellbeing.
