Many councils have recently invested in aquatic & leisure centre feasibility studies and have now progressed to detailed design and construction. These significant community facilities will stimulate social, health and economic benefits, creating venues that encourage physical activity and develop lifelong learning outcomes.

Not only will this aquatic and leisure facility investment stimulate much needed social, health and economic benefits but the facilities collectively will form a legacy of places and spaces that will stimulate their communities to be  healthier as well as be “more active more often”.

We are extremely pleased to have contributed professional planning and business services in association with great teams of designers, engineers, project managers and quantity surveyors to make many of these facilities “come to life”.

Kate Maddock, Managing Director and Michael King, Director have led the OPG project teams covering diverse roles including Feasibility and  Business Planning, Design Team Advice, Management/Operational Reviews, Industry Trends, Financial Analysis, Funding Strategies and Management Advice.

The projects, worth an estimated $575M to $600M in local and regional capital and community investment, include:
