Otium has a reputation for planning major sport and leisure projects in all areas, including in regional cities. We have just released a video via YouTube about the successes and our key learnings from our recent partnership with the City of Greater Bendigo in the Gurri Wanyarra Wellbeing Centre in Kangaroo Flat.
Otium prepared the feasibility study and business case for this $32.4M aquatic and leisure facility that delivered over 432,000 visits in its first 12 months, boasts more than 3,500 members and 1,000 students enrolled in learn to swim programs.

The video shows how a regional city community can replace aged and out of date facilities with a facility providing the latest contemporary aquatic, health and wellbeing activity areas facilities that will serve the community well for the next 50 years.
