Otium Planning Group is very excited to announce the appointment of Bruce Mackay to head up our new Operational Management Support and Advisory Services unit.
Bruce will 
commence in late October, and is regarded as one of Australia’s leading venue managers in the aquatics and leisure industry having been CEO of both Western Leisure Services, incorporating AquaPulse and Eagle Stadium, and Peninsula Leisure, incorporating the Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre (PARC).
The new Operational Management Support and Advisory Services will provide facility owners and managers with practical support via operational reviews and scorecards, personalised coaching and mentoring, governance and management advice. This support will assist venues to maximise their return on capital and operational investment, usage and overall viability. Stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks.
